Volsun cable heat shrink breakout is made with hot melt material  and cross lined polyolefin layer. It has excellent sealing performance .It is mainly used in insulation and sealing at a low voltage power cable branch.

Last month , our Canada client was looking for heat shrink breakout for cables The following picture shows the cables they insert as 6mm and then split and goes out in two cable also at 6mm .They told us it must cover tightly cause the cables will be installed outdoor .

Actually , our minimum size of heat shrink breakout is larger .As we take consideration of client’s long term amount .We did a special samples (Small diameter is 8mm ,large diameter is 20mm) for their test. Finally , our samples get approved .Below photo was taken from our client:
