The special application for transparent heat shrink tube

Volsun transparent heat shrink tube use high quality polyolefin materials, through processes such as radiation, expansion of production, and excellent electrical properties of physical and chemical, widely used in electronics, telecommunications, machinery and automobile manufacturing industries.

One of our customers ordered ID 35MM transparent heat shrink tube, but the tube can not be shrunk well .They used heat gun to heat the metal bar to 200 degree temperature , and seems to have tightened, but one minutes later ,the transparent heat shrink tube automatically dispersed slowly. Tried twice again, but still failed.

Our client turned the heat up and debug for a long time at the scene ,the result was the same as before , normal tightening automatically spread out. So the clients thought shrink effect is not good and can not use it .They hope us to solve this problem as soon as possible.

After we received the feedback from our clients, technology departments acted quickly, tested many times on many products: wires,cables ,LED strips.All work .Actually their protected steel rod is special application.

We found that we have to heat shrink tube to 400 degree,the problem could be solved perfectly.
