Nowadays ,using robots to replace MI Manual Insertion has become popular .Underwater robot technology is one of the emerging high-tech projects and a highly intensive system integration. Therefore, in the underwater robot platform ,there are so many sensor connectors , heat shrink sleeve also becomes an important part of the underwater robot.

For ensuring normal operation of underwater robot, we should take effective sealing between the units into consideration.. Traditional method is vulcanizing. But it has complex process and very expensive cost , and has to take a power cable, connectors and equipment to laboratories or factories.

Heat shrink sleeve is a composite of polymer multiphase polymer by -60 r-Ray cobalt irradiation, Intermolecular cross-linking occurs, have a "memory" effect, cooled by expansion into thermal shrinkage material. This high tech material has good electrical insulation, sealing, aging resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties.
