The reason why cold shrink tubes perform well is due to their excellent performance. It has super weather aging resistance. Cold shrink tubes are available in various specifications and are suitable for different scenarios. Small cold shrink tubes (diameter 6mm - 25mm) are suitable for small cables; medium-sized cold shrink tubes (diameter 25mm - 70mm) are highly versatile and are often used for power wiring in buildings and outdoor overhead cable connections; large cold shrink tubes (diameter 70mm or more) are used for large power transmission lines, such as high-voltage transmission lines and substation cable terminal joint protection.

The hardness of silicone rubber cold shrink tube is 40±5A, tensile strength ≥9.0MPa, elongation at break> 800%, and tear strength ≥35kN/m; the hardness of EPDM cold shrink tube is 45±5A, tensile strength ≥8.6MPa, elongation at break ≥600%, and tear strength ≥25kN/m.
