Mixing→Extrusion→Vulcanizing→Cutting→Expanding→Testing→Packing

1.      Mixing: Mixing the raw material together

2.      Extrusion: According to the requirement of the technical data and choose suitable model to extrude the material

3.      To Vulacanize the rubber tube accroding to the requirement

4.      Cutting: Cut the tube into specific length and check if any bubble and dust in the rubber tube

5.      Expanding: Expand the  tube to the plastic supporting core

6.      Testing: Check the cold shrink tube and check if any bubble,scratch trak and impurity

7.      Packing: Pack as requirement
