Dual wall heat shrink tubeis widely used for electronics panel due to it’s excellent waterproof performance. We build a great cooperation with German customer recently for this application. They use this little panel to control some motors inside a radio controlled sailing. It’s biggest problem is humidity. Let’s take a look at this application:
The outer diameter of wire is 10mm.To make sure that be completely sealed, both sides should be covered. Probable length of dual wall heat shrink tubing would be 70-75mm. After sample test,they choose size ID30MM for bulk order. Volsun also has ROHS,Reach and UV test report for dual wall heat shrink tubing. Quality is guaranteed .
